Can I still use a buyer's agent if I'm selling FSBO?

What disclosures are required in Kentucky?

Kentucky sellers are required to complete a Seller's Disclosure of Property Condition form covering known defects, water damage, roof condition, HVAC, and more. Missing or incomplete disclosures can expose you to legal liability after closing.
